Spring has inspired musicians for centuries. So it’s only right to include music in this springtime post! I’d love to know what you think of the music. Do you have a favourite spring song? Please let me know in the comments below!

Spring is in the air! Can you feel it?

It’s enough to inspire one to wax poetic!

“Spring is here.

The grass is riz.

I wonder where the birdies is.”

Did you see that robin? Do you hear that birdsong?

Put on your dancing shoes. Make way for the music.

Winter is melting away into spring. There’s more warmth in the sunshine, encouraging the hidden flowers to show their faces.

The first spring flowers shyly burst on the scene to join brave snow drops—colourful crocuses, sunny yellow daffodils, grape hyacinths and more.

We dream of warm, sunny days.

Our thoughts turn to sandals, light jackets—or no jackets! Checking tires and cleaning up our bikes for carefree rides—the pedal variety or the cc engine variety! Preparing our gardens—flower and veggie.

Steady rains clean the roads and sidewalks. Warm rains water the earth.

The spring in our step returns. Is springier. Mild spring breezes begin to blow away the winter cobwebs in our mind. There’s a lightness in the air.

Shake off the autumn and winter of your years. Feel spring in your heart, in your soul, in the very essence of you.

Feel a little lighter. A little free-er.

Can you feel it? It’s in the air. Warmed by the sun. Watered by the rain. Encouraged by spring’s arrival. Hope.

The heaviness of winter has left. Yes, it could still make an appearance. Fight for another day. But it’s days are numbered. Spring will overcome.

It is the time for spring. For hope.

Let’s journey together…
